What People Are Saying.

Both of my kids love their teachers. We cannot say enough great things about Sandy. She has really inspired our daughter to love to play and practice. The night and day difference in our son's playing after joining a jam class is incredible.

I think private lessons are boring. I like my labs class. It's so fun to work with my teacher and jam. Guitar lab is just fun and I like going.

The labs program truly helped Declan, he wouldn't practice and was uninterested in playing until we found Twelve Tone — it's a night and day difference and now he makes sure we never miss a class!

Confidence Starts Here

Traditional piano lessons can feel isolating — just a student, a teacher, and endless scales. Piano Lab changes that: small-group instruction combines expert teaching with collaborative learning where students push each other and build skills together. Kids stay engaged, motivated, and actually excited to practice because they're working toward jamming with their peers, not just recitals for their parents.

More Than Notes On A Page

Piano Lab students don't just learn to read music — they learn to make music. Our curriculum balances technique and theory with improvisation, chord progressions, and playing by ear. Whether your child dreams of classical performance or wants to play their favorite songs, our experienced instructors meet them where they are and guide them toward real musical fluency, not just mechanical repetition.
